Naivasha Girl Passionately Presents Poem Titled Our President Raila Outside Church

A young girl presented the beautiful poem outside AIC church in Naivasha where the ODM leader Raila Odinga attended a church service She lauded Raila for being a gallant leader who has been championing the development and political stability in Kenya As she finished her amazing piece, a man was spotted appreciating her with some money.

A schoolgirl from Naivasha has passionately presented a poem titled Our President Raila Odinga.

The eloquent and bold girl presented the beautiful poem outside AIC church in Naivasha where the ODM leader attended a church service. In the poem, the young lass appreciated Raila for being a gallant leader who has been championing the development and political stability in the country. “You are a blessing in our nation Kenya. Thank you for availing yourself in time of need and we cannot forget what you make us feel. May your cup overflow,” she said amid cheers from Raila’s supporters.

As she finished her amazing piece, a man was spotted appreciating her with some money. BBI poem This is not the first time that a young girl is exciting the ODM leader with an impeccable poem. In February this year, a young poet from Kisumu county became the talk of the town after she was given money by the Opposition leader. Shukri Shakira, a pupil at Kisumu’s Aga Khan Primary School, warmed the heart of many after she narrated a poem on the handshake between President Uhuru Kenyatta and Raila. In the poem, the youngster hailed the truce between Raila and Uhuru and described the BBI report, if enacted into law, as a document that will unshackle Kenyans from poverty and retrogressive politics.

“I see freedom coming. Change is coming. Nice and slow. On a journey as a country, 57 years and counting. Europe left us boundaries. Freedom said a new beginning. Now it is our chance to take responsibility. To become patriots,” she said. Raila’s Naivasha tour Raila was on a charm offensive in Naivasha where he made a pledge to all unemployed Kenyans. While promising to create more job opportunities for the youth if he becomes Kenya’s fifth president, the Orange supremo said he will also look into the needs of jobless Kenyans and ensure they get a monthly stipend from the government. “We want every Kenyan to get a job but for those who are unemployed, there will be a social welfare state through which they will get KSh 6,000 monthly stipend,” he said.
