The Government has tightened security at Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua’s Karen residence after he threatened to address the press on how the state is disrespecting him directly lately.
It has not been established why the Deputy President is demanding to address the press at a time Kenyans are demonstrating against the retrogressive 2024 Financial Bill as efforts to reach out to his communication team to comment on the matter proved futile.
According to a source, Rigathi Gachagua has been meeting retired President Uhuru Kenyatta secretly, something that President William Ruto has not taken lightly.
Rigathti Gachagua and President William Ruto have not been seeing each other eye to eye lately, something that has raised eyebrows amongst the political class and the masses in the country.
