President William Ruto will address the nation at 2pm today, Thursday, July 11 from State House, Nairobi.State House Press Secretary Emmanuel Talam made the announcement but failed to disclose the agenda.

He suspended the decision to fill the Chief Administrative Secretary (CAS) positions and said that at least 47 government bodies with almost similar mandates will now be dissolved and their staff absorbed into parent ministries.Ruto further said that the offices of the First Lady, Second Lady and the spouse of the Prime Cabinet Secretary will be starved any budget allocations.
