COTU boss,Francis Atwoli is now a worried man after one of his son, Mr Ferdinand Mugivane Atwoli decided to do the unthinkable by bringing a 16 year old form 2 school dropout for introduction as wife.
To the COTU boss, Mr Mugivane’s actions amount to Oluswa in the Luhya culture and cleansing must be done by slaughtering an adult heifer bull and seven goats.
Atwoli has urged the clergy and Kenyans to pray for the family as efforts to detach Mr Ferdinand Mugivane from his new catch have proved futile as the 16 year old girl is now threatening to commit suicide if the family will continue to harass her and bae.
Being a family man and a respected member of the society, the COTU boss has promised to do everything humanly possible to send back the supposed inlaw to school and urge Mr Ferdinand Mugivane who is 48 years of age to seek solace in women who are in the age of the majority and not minors.
