Inside OKA’s tense Wednesday night meeting -

The One Kenya Alliance (OKA) leaders Kalonzo Musyoka (Wiper), Musalia Mudavadi (ANC), Gideon Moi (KANU), and Moses Wetangula held a crisis meeting on Wednesday night to stabilize the outfit following a fall out between allies of Musalia Mudavadi and Gideon Moi over the decision to work with Raila Odinga in 2022.

According to reports, the principals addressed the infighting witnessed in the alliance and have resolved to escalate their political activities in the coming days from this weekend, starting with Musalia Mudavadi and Gideon Moi backyards of Western Kenya and Rift Valley respectively.

The meeting with OKA technical committee has also drawn the alliance’s campaign itinerary which shows the group will first head to Bungoma tomorrow, Friday then Kitale on Sunday.

Last week on Sunday, ANC legislators led by Kakamega Senator Cleophas Malala lashed out at KANU and its leadership over what they termed as being the weak link in the alliance, and Raila Odinga’s stooges. Senator Malala’s remarks were triggered by Senator Gideon Moi’s statement in Siaya a day earlier where he said OKA was working out a unity pact between President Uhuru Kenyatta and Raila Odinga.

”“We have decided to work with like-minded Kenyans, those with similar goals as ours, to better this country,” Gideon said in the context of Raila and Uhuru’s political plan.
